 Carl Turlington Real Estate, Inc. has been a cornerstone of the Gainesville and greater Alachua County community since its founding by Alicia’s grandfather, Carl Turlington, in 1958. As the third-generation leader of this family-owned business, Alicia is proud to continue its legacy, upholding the commitment to excellence, now under woman ownership since 2017. Joining forces with her father, Dale Turlington,in 1999, she has dedicated herself to the world of Real Estate and Property Management. Beyond the office, she finds joy in family life with her daughter and three rescue dogs.
