As the third-generation leader of this family-owned business, Alicia is proud to continue its legacy, upholding the commitment to excellence, now under woman ownership since 2017. Joining forces with her father, Dale Turlington,in 1999, she has dedicated herself to the world of Real Estate and Property Management. Beyond the office, she finds joy in family life with her daughter and three rescue dogs. Beyond his successful career, he treasures his family life, which includes his wife of 48 years, two sons, two daughters-in-law and two beloved granddaughters. A fiercely devoted Gators fan, especially softball, he brings enthusiasm and dedication to both his professional and personal pursuits. Bringing over 17 years of expertise into the real estate profession, Karen is a seasoned Realtor specializing in the lively Gainesville area. Karen is married and has the delight of raising twin daughters. She has also had the privilege of serving the Boone/Banner Elk communities in North Carolina. A true Gainesville native and proud alum of the University of Florida with a Master of Science degree, Karen’s roots run deep in the areas she passionately serves.
